This feature allows admin users to book appointments for patients or clients.

To create an appointment, click on New Appointment.

Ensure that the NRIC number is correct. Patient details will only auto-populate if the details are available in HAS.

Confirm the patient's mobile number as the patient will receive an SMS confirmation.

Select Purpose of Visit. If the appointment type is not available, enable the Service Offering under Settings.

Date and time slots are offered based on location's schedule and real-time availability.

Admin users can schedule appointments in the future according to the clinic's availability without any restrictions.

However, appointments booked by patients are limited to 30 days in advance. Please note that General Consultation appointments have a 90-day limitation.

An SMS will be sent to the patient immediately once the booking has been completed.
