Do all the clinic staff have to use the same account to view HAS?

Clinic users will be required to login with their respective SingPass accounts, for accountability.

Once the first account for clinic (identified by HCI code) has been created, the owner of the first account can add or remove staff via Clinic Settings > Staff Management.

Can a user have access to more than one clinic?

Yes, a user can have access to more than one clinic. Clinics linked to a user will be displayed as a drop-down option during login, so that the user can select the clinic that he/she wants to log into.

To switch clinics while logged in, click on the profile icon at the top right corner to select Switch Clinics.

Are staff email addresses compulsory in the Staff Management feature?

Login details and important announcements are sent to all staff who have an email address listed in the the Staff Management tab.

Appointment notifications are sent to the email address in the Email Notifications tab.

Can clinics check patient eligibility for subsidies on HAS?

No, but HAS will be looking into future integrations as we improve on our features. For now, clinics should check patient’s eligibility prior to vaccination.

Is it possible to select ad-hoc opening dates?

No, only ad-hoc closing dates can be scheduled for now.

If you select a day of the week (e.g Tuesday) under Opening Hours, Tuesdays will be reflected as open every week.

You can click on the Opening Hours tab, followed by View Calendar to confirm the clinic's current schedule.

Do patients make payment with HAS?

No. The Health Appointment System will not handle any payment. The patient will pay directly at the Clinic.
