Introduction to Health Appointment System (HAS)

HAS enables…

• clinics to do the following:
  • schedule and manage appointments for vaccinations, screenings and other services
  • send appointment notification SMSes free-of-charge
  • have full control over schedules and staff access
• patients with an NRIC/FIN number to book appointments at the nearest CHAS GP clinic enrolled on HAS

Queue enables..

• clinics to do the following:
  • manage their walk-in patient queue
  • slot in patients with appointments into the existing queue at the clinic
• patients to receive SMS notifications free-of-charge, informing them of their turn at the clinic
