Patients book appointments via the public Health Appointment System website.

4) Clinic manages appointments

Clinic staff login to the HAS Admin website daily to check on current and upcoming appointments.

It is important that there is ample stock of the requested vaccines before the patient arrives at the clinic.

5) Patient arrives at clinic

Queue allows the clinics to issue a queue number to both walk-in and appointment patients.

SMSes are sent to the patients to notify them when their turn is approaching.
