Overview: The Health Appointment System (HAS), established in August 2022, is a successor to the Covid-19 National Appointment System (NAS), which facilitated more than 12 million appointments.
Primary Goals: HAS was designed to enhance early preventive care, enabling residents to easily schedule appointments at CHAS GP clinics for services such as vaccinations, mammogram screenings, and consultations, including Healthier SG.
Impact and Reach: To date, 940 clinics are actively using HAS, successfully facilitating the booking of more than 390,000 appointments.
