Marking patient appointments is important for patient experience follow-up and data.

To mark a patient as Arrived, click on Mark as Arrived on the right side of the appointment.

Click on the dropdown arrow for the following options:

The Arrived tab shows all patients that have been marked as arrived.

A follow-up SMS will be triggered on the HAS backend for patient feedback.

Click on Book a follow-up appt to arrange an appointment for the patient at the same location.

An SMS will be sent to the patient once booked.

<aside> 💡 Patients are restricted to scheduling appointments through the public-facing website, with a maximum advance booking window of 30 days for all services except General Consultation, which allows booking up to 90 days in advance.

Clinic users have no limit on advance appointments.
