Zones & Rooms

This feature allows clinics to set Zones & Rooms for clinic visits when Queue is in use. Room names will be reflected on the Queue TV View and in the patients' SMSes.

  1. Click on Settings >  Queue
  2. Click on Zones & Rooms
  3. Click + Add Room to set and name your first room.
  4. Repeat + Add Room if your clinic will be using more than one room.
  5. Click + Add Zone to set and name your first zone (e.g. Consultation)
  6. Repeat + Add Zone if your clinic will be using more than one zone (e.g. Payment).

<aside> đŸ’¡ Tip: Manage rooms easily by clicking on the bin icon to remove the room, or toggle off to hide the room if it's not in use.

Patient’s Journey

This feature allows clinics to determine the patient's journey if there is more than one Zone for Queue.

This prompts the clinic staff to move the patient to the next Zone once they are done with the current one.

The last step of the patient journey will be when staff is prompted to move the patient to Done.

  1. Click on Settings >  Queue
  2. Click on Patient's Journey
  3. Drag and drop the Zones that were added earlier, from the Additional section to the Basic section in the preferred order.
