Registering a patient

This feature allows you to assign a queue number to a patient, regardless of whether they have an appointment or if they’re a walk-in. SMS notifications will be sent to a patient to notify them when it is their turn.

To register a patient into Queue:

  1. Click on Register
  2. Fill in patient's NRIC/FIN number
    1. patient's details will auto-fill if he/she has previously taken a Covid-19 vaccination or used HAS to make an appointment
  3. Select Purpose of Visit
  4. Click on Register

Patient will immediately receive an SMS notification.

The order of patients can be changed manually by clicking on the six dots beside the patient name, and dragging it to your desired location.

Assigning patients to rooms

To assign a patient into the next available room, click on Next Patient for the room to receive the next available patient.

To manually assign a patient to a specific room, click on the six dots on the left of the patient name, and drag it to the allocated room.

To remove a patient from the queue, click on the three dots on the right of the patient name.

Click on Remove from Queue.
