Amend and Resubmit Referrals

You can amend a referral unless it has been accepted by the receiving clinic.

For rejected referrals, amendments are possible, and you should review the Referral Comments section in the side panel for any notes or instructions provided by the contact centre.

Important Notes:

• Referrals to SingHealth specialist clinics cannot be amended. You will need to either cancel and resubmit the referral or contact [email protected] for assistance.

How to Access This Feature:

1. Navigate to the Referral listing in your dashboard.
2. Click on the outgoing referral to open the side panel.
3. Locate the Referral Comments section for additional information.
4. The Amend and Resubmit button is found under the Print button.

Withdraw Referrals

You can withdraw a referral if you wish to cancel it entirely.
