- Respond to clarifications from contact centres directly.
- Keep all discussions related to a referral in one place.
- Maintain a clear record of conversations for better tracking.

- Referral comments are only available for NHG and NUH SOCs.
- If you have queries about other referrals, contact [email protected] for guidance.
How to Use Referral Comments:
- Open any referral in your dashboard.
- Locate the Referral Comments section in the side panel.
- Use the message box to respond to clarifications.
- The contact centre will automatically receive your response.
You’ll also receive an email notification whenever the contact centre replies.
