Creating Referrals

Step 1:

Clinic staff to log in to the HAS Admin portal with their individual Singpass:

Step 2:

Click on "Create New Referral" in the dashboard.

Step 3:

Enter patient’s NRIC; name and contact details will auto-populate if available.

Step 4:

Select a Referral Destination.

Step 5:

If the patient possesses an eligible CHAS card, the 'Subsidised' option will become selected by default.

Step 6:

Select urgency.
