Standard Schedule

This feature allows clinics to set the hours they are able to take in appointment bookings.

1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Schedule
3. Click on General Hours
4. Set timings
   1. to include breaks or split shifts, click the + sign
5. Click Save

Channel patient traffic to your clinic during the clinic's quieter hours by only selecting specific days/time.

E.g Tues, Wed, Thurs: 2pm to 6pm

🆕 Advanced Schedule Settings / Multi-Schedule 🆕

This feature allows clinics to set the days and hours for specific services.

1. Click on Settings in the Top Navigation Bar

2. Click on Service Offerings in the Sidebar

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enable Advanced Schedule Settings.

   

4. Click on Add Schedule

5. Name the schedules e.g. Main Appointment Hours or Vaccinations

   

6. Set the days and hours for each schedule. Remember to Save the schedule.

   

7. Click on Link to service offerings at the bottom of each schedule.

   

8. In the Service Offerings page, click on the dropdown menu of each service offering to select a schedule.
