The Vaccine Advisor feature is designed to provide personalised vaccine recommendations for patients based on their NAIS, MHCP, and NIR records. This aims to save time by reducing the need to log into and check multiple systems, thereby enhancing efficiency in serving patients and ensuring they receive appropriate vaccines.

Key Points:

• Beta Phase: The feature is currently in its beta phase and is currently only available to selected clinics. If your clinic is part of this trial, we invite your clinics to be the first to try it out and provide us with any feedback or advice.
• Eligibility Suggestions: Vaccine Advisor will suggest which subsidised vaccines a patient is eligible for based on their records.

Using Vaccine Advisor:

For Patients with Appointments:

• View personalised vaccine recommendations on the side panel by clicking on the patient's appointment.

  

• Simply book a vaccination appointment by clicking the icon next to the vaccine suggestion. The detailed information will be pre-filled for you.

  

For Non-Appointment Patients:

• Manually check vaccine recommendations by inputting the patient's NRICs.

  

  

• Simply book vaccination appointments by clicking the icon next to the vaccine suggestion.

  

Handling Errors:

• If "unable to retrieve record" appears, it may be due to an unstable network. Click the "Retry" button.
